The Energia Experience — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set out the understanding between Stephanie Lianos, trading as The Energia Experience ("Facilitator"), and the Client ("you" or "Purchaser").

By booking, purchasing or participating in any session, class, service, or digital product you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. These terms apply to all current and future sessions, services and offerings unless updated in writing.

2. Nature of Services

The Energia Experience provides energy healing, energetic bodywork, subconscious repatterning, generational healing, past-life regression, intuitive and psychic attunement ("Services").

These Services are intended to promote energetic balance, emotional awareness, and personal development. They are complementary in nature and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Client Responsibility & Acknowledgement

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing during and after each session, service or offering.
• You confirm that you are in a sound and stable mental and emotional state, capable of providing informed consent to participate in this work.
• You understand that energetic or emotional healing can bring forward memories, sensations, or feelings as part of the integration process, and you take full responsibility for navigating and regulating your emotional responses following the session, service or offering.
• You acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or psychological support and agree to seek appropriate professional assistance if needed.
• You understand that the Facilitator's role is to provide intuitive and energetic guidance only, and you release The Energia Experience and Stephanie Lianos from any liability for your personal outcomes, actions, or decisions during or after the Services.
• You participate voluntarily and with full awareness that your healing journey is self-directed, and that all results depend on your own integration, readiness, and personal responsibility.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Results vary per individual. No promise or warranty, express or implied, is made regarding:

• Specific emotional, physical, or financial outcomes;
• Resolution of any condition or symptom;
• Accuracy of intuitive or psychic information;
• Timeline or degree of transformation.

All testimonials and success stories are illustrative only.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Facilitator nor The Energia Experience shall be liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special) arising from participation in Services;
• Interpretations, actions, or decisions based on session insights;
• Perceived worsening of symptoms as part of integration;
• Misuse or misunderstanding of information provided.

You fully release the Facilitator from any and all claims or demands arising from participation in Services.

6. Scope of Practice & Suitability

The Facilitator does not claim to heal any trauma, mental illness nor psychological issues. None of the sessions, services or offerings are created for those experiencing the aftermath of trauma, traumatic symptoms or those in a dis-regulated state.

The Facilitator does not work with clients experiencing psychological trauma, crisis, or instability (including, without limitation, sexual abuse, birth trauma, PTSD, or complex trauma).

Clients in such circumstances must seek appropriate medical or psychological care. The Facilitator may refuse or discontinue Services if a client's needs fall outside her scope of practice.

7. Referral

At the Facilitator's discretion, clients may be referred to other practitioners or modalities if additional or alternative support is deemed beneficial.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared is treated as confidential under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).

Disclosure occurs only with written consent or when required by law (e.g., risk of harm).

Clients agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary materials, methods, or recordings belonging to The Energia Experience.

These obligations survive termination of this Agreement indefinitely.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, meditations, and recorded content are the exclusive intellectual property of The Energia Experience / Stephanie Lianos. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking and purchasing unless otherwise arranged.

Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Digital products are not refundable.

Cancellations within 24 hours or "no-shows" forfeit the full session fee.

The Facilitator reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to refrain from making or publishing any statements, verbal, written, or digital, that could reasonably be perceived as damaging to the reputation or business of the other.

12. The Healing Process

You acknowledge that energetic healing may be cyclical, not linear, and may temporarily surface emotional or physical sensations as part of integration.

This is not considered harm, negligence, or grounds for refund or claim.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Facilitator's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant Service.

Under no circumstances shall the Facilitator or The Energia Experience be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including emotional distress, loss of income, or business interruption.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within its jurisdiction.

15. Acknowledgement & Consent

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You voluntarily participate and assume full responsibility for your wellbeing and outcomes.
• You release The Energia Experience and Stephanie Lianos from all liability.

These terms apply to all future sessions with Stephanie Lianos unless updated in writing.
